The formula is very nice, glides easily and drying time is superb. I used 2 coats for the pictures below and they are taken under the sun.

When I first saw Cosmos, it really lived up to my expectation. A beautiful dark blue with whimsical feeling with the scattered holo. It has depths in the final look.
